Built on Purpose. Driven by Safety.
Hazard Hub began with a simple, powerful question:
What if reporting safety issues were as easy as taking a photo?
That question came from real-world frustration — the kind that builds when small hazards are ignored, communication breaks down, and teams struggle to stay ahead of risks. Too many organizations rely on outdated, paper-based systems or informal word-of-mouth to manage safety. The result? Delays, confusion, and avoidable accidents.
We believed there had to be a better way — and we built one.

From Frustration to Innovation
Hazard Hub was created by a small team with a big mission:
To give every person, no matter their role, the power to report and resolve safety issues with speed and clarity.
We didn’t want to build a tool just for safety officers. We built it for caretakers, receptionists, teachers, maintenance workers, administrators — anyone who sees something and wants to speak up.
Because safety is everyone’s responsibility, and it should never feel complicated.
From the beginning, we committed to keeping things simple, fast, and effective — and that vision still drives us today.

What We Stand For
- Clarity over complexity
Hazard Hub is clean, intuitive, and requires zero training. Reporting a hazard should never be harder than fixing it. - Accountability without blame
We believe in creating a culture where issues are surfaced, not buried. Our platform supports teams, not punishes them. - Progress through people
Real safety improvements don’t start with systems. They start with people. Our job is to support them with tools that help.
A Safer Future, One Report at a Time
Since our launch, Hazard Hub has been embraced by schools, businesses, and public organizations looking to improve safety without adding complexity. We’re proud of the progress, but we know the work isn’t done.
Our mission is to make the world around us safer, one issue at a time. Whether you’re managing a campus, a company, or a council, we’re here to help you build a culture of care, responsibility, and continuous improvement.
Because safety isn’t a checklist.
It’s a commitment — and we’re right there with you.
Why It Matters
The Cost of Inaction
- 🧑⚕️ 1.8 million working people in the UK suffer from a work-related illness each year
- ☠️ 135 workers lost their lives in work-related incidents last year (HSE, 2023)
- 🤕 565,000 non-fatal injuries were reported — and many more went unrecorded
- 💷 £18.8 billion is the estimated cost of workplace injury and ill health annually
These aren’t just numbers — they’re real people, real consequences, and real preventable harm.
