HazardHub is operated by First Notification Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 08562625. We provide a mobile safety-recording application and this supporting website.
2. Information collected through the website
When you contact us or use the website, we may process information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company information and the contents of your enquiry. Technical information such as browser type, device information and IP address may also be processed where required for security or, if you consent, analytics.
3. Information used by the HazardHub app
The current HazardHub app is designed around a local-first workflow. Core case records, notes, photographic evidence, corrective-action information and generated reports are stored on the user’s device. App Lock may use Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode through Apple’s on-device security mechanisms; HazardHub does not receive biometric templates.
If a user chooses to create a local backup, export a PDF/CSV file, share a report, or use an optional private iCloud backup feature where available, that action is initiated by the user and handled through the relevant device or Apple service.
4. How we use personal information
Website contact information is used to respond to enquiries, provide support, administer legitimate business communications, maintain site security and meet legal obligations. Optional analytics, when enabled and consented to, may be used to understand aggregate website usage and improve the site.

Depending on the context, processing may rely on consent, performance of a contract or requested service, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the website and support service.
