Hazard Hub (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a platform for reporting, tracking, and managing workplace maintenance and health & safety issues. Our services are provided via our iOS app(s) and website, available exclusively for Apple devices.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Hazard Hub. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

3. Your Responsibilities

When using Hazard Hub, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use the Service only for lawful and appropriate purposes
  • Respect the rights of others and not abuse, harass, or defame
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us of any unauthorized use or suspected breach

4. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Hazard Hub app solely for your organization’s internal use or as otherwise agreed.

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
  • Resell, lease, or sublicense the app or any part of the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Data Usage & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using Hazard Hub, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload (e.g., photos, reports) does not contain confidential or sensitive information unless appropriate permissions have been granted.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology within Hazard Hub are the property of Hazard Hub Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Your use of Hazard Hub does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service.

7. Availability & Updates

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update or discontinue features at any time without liability.

You are responsible for keeping your app updated. Some features may require the latest version to function properly.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Interfere with the Service’s operation or infrastructure
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease.

Hazard Hub is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any data entered by users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hazard Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, downtime, or business interruption.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for use of the Service in the past 12 months.

12. Third-Party Services

Hazard Hub may integrate with third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for their content, functionality, or data practices. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the UK courts.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website, with the “Last Updated” date clearly displayed. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
